Warranty Request

In an emergency, Weiss Homes has developed a system to help our homeowners receive prompt attention.  For non-emergency warranty service or general customer service questions and concerns, please contact our customer service hot line at 574-234-7373, extension 244.  Our dedicated customer service liaison will answer your messages within twenty-four hours from Monday through Friday.

What is an emergency?

1.  Loss of heat.

2.  Total loss of electric that is not related to the power company.

3.  Total loss of water that is not related to city utility service.

4.  Major plumbing leak which requires the water service to be shut off.

5.  Gas leak.  Please call the natural gas utility company and your local fire department.

6.  Loss of air conditioning when the outside air temperature is more than 80 degrees for more than four hours.

If you have determined that there is an emergency, the Weiss Homes emergency contact number is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year by a member of our production or warranty staff. The Weiss Homes emergency contact number is 574-234-7373 and when prompted, please press option 3.

ALL ONLINE SERVICE REQUESTS MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED BEFORE SUBMISSION.

Service appointments for a Weiss Homes Technician are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Please note that the services of a subcontractor may be required to complete the requested service. If additional contractors are needed, they will be issued a work order and will contact you to schedule an appointment. Please allow them time to order parts/materials as needed.
