What is an emergency?

1.  Loss of heat.

2.  Total loss of electric that is not related to the power company.

3.  Total loss of water that is not related to city utility service.

4.  Major plumbing leak which requires the water service to be shut off.

5.  Gas leak.  Please call the natural gas utility company and your local fire department.

6.  Total loss of air conditioning when the outside temperature is more than 80 degrees.
